Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Referral Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

Our Referral Program, also referred to as the “Refer-a-Friend,” “Ambassador,” or “Affiliate” Program, allows participants to earn rewards by referring friends, family, or followers to our services.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older to join.
  
• Participants must create an account with accurate information to enroll in the program.
  
• The program is available to individuals only (You may work for one, but no businesses or organizations without prior written approval).
  

3. Referral Process

• Each participant will receive a unique referral link/code upon enrollment.
  
• To qualify for rewards, referred individuals must complete the specified action (e.g., sign up, make a purchase) using the referral link & code.
  
• Self-referrals or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  

4. Rewards

• Rewards are outlined in the program details (e.g., discounts, credits, or monetary compensation).
  
• Discounts cannot be combined at the time of purchase.
• Rewards are granted only after the referred individual’s action is confirmed (e.g., purchase verified, service rendered).
  
• Unless otherwise specified, rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged and can only be issued to the person on the account.
• Rewards balances are paid out completely once per quarter.
  

5. Program Responsibilities

• Participants (referred to as Ambassadors, Affiliates, or Referrers) are responsible for sharing their referral links lawfully, ethically, and respectfully.
  
• Misrepresentation of the program, spamming, or misleading claims will result in removal from the program.
  

6. Refer & Earn — Payout Terms

• Commissions are reviewed and paid once per calendar quarter, via PayPal only.

• If you qualify for a commission, we will email you at the address associated with your StudentRDH account at the start of the next quarter to request your PayPal details.

• You must provide valid PayPal information by the last day of that quarter. If we do not receive it by then, the commission for that quarter will be forfeited and will not carry over.

• Commissions apply only to referrals that result in the purchase of the StudentRDH VIP package at the full, non-discounted, one-time price.

• Purchases made with any discount, coupon, promotion, or on split/installment plans are not eligible.

• Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant are also not eligible for commissions.

• You are responsible for keeping your account email address current. Our message to that address counts as notice (spam or junk filtering does not extend deadlines).

• StudentRDH reserves the right to review, adjust, withhold, or reverse commissions and to update these payout terms in line with our Site Terms & Conditions.

7. Termination and Modifications

• We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program, its terms, or the rewards at any time without prior notice.
  
• If the program is terminated, rewards pending fulfillment at the time of termination will be honoured unless disqualified by other terms.
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or failures affecting the tracking of referrals or distribution of rewards.
  
• By participating, you release us from any claims related to your participation in the program.
  

9. Privacy

• By joining, participants agree that our Privacy Policy may use their information.
  
• The information of referred individuals will also be protected under our Privacy Policy.
  

10. Governing Law

This program and its terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
